kalanamak
I think I'm wandering about short of information. Does anyone know of a nice list of WHAT is covered in FLL vs early level R&S vs GWG vs Queen's vs EFTTC vs whatever other program I'm forgetting at this minute? I know about the ones described so nicely in WTM, but all the others you temptresses keep mentioning are foggy to me. I'm thinking 2-6th grade, for my uses, and surely I'm not the only wonderer. TIA! JenniferB
I don't know of a list, but I was thinking if you can't find one, maybe looking at samples of each, printing them out from the various websites, and then sitting down to compare them? Or getting a catalog of each? Something like that? Several that you mentioned are from different styles of education, such as classical vs. Charlotte Mason vs. traditional. Maybe if you narrow down what style you want to do in your school, that will help narrow it down a bit. Sorry if this wasn't much help. Honey Bee
I sometimes print out the Table of Contents, which is usually included in the samples for a curriculum. Also, R&S have their scope & sequence posted online and will send you one for free (just click on the "free" button on the left hand side of their website. When I was looking at FLL I just printed out the TOC samples which helped me a lot. Hope it helps--I was just doing this today, by the way!
