6packofun
I'd like a thorough, all-in-one volume or 2-3 volume for OT and NT set. I've got a study Bible I love but would love a little more information for the deeper studies that I'm doing. Thanks! Some I've looked at: New International Bible Commentary Unger's Bible Commentary (OT) Zondervan Bible Commentary (one vol., illustrated) Wiersbe Bible Commentary (2 vol., OT & NT) The John MacArthur Bible Commentary Others? Sharon in MD
it is by Walvoord and Zuck out of Dallas Theological. It is two Volumes, one old and one for new. It is the one recommended by the Bible College/Seminary were I took a couple post grad classes.
HappyGrace
I have the John MacArthur and love, love, love it. I looked at quite a few of them before I decided on this one. You'd need to look at it to see if it's complete enough if you're doing super in-depth studies, but it's been complete enough for my purposes. KrissiK
I use Matthew Henry's Commentary on the Whole Bible. It's amazing and very in-depth. I've learned a lot since using it.

Geo
We own a "Matthew Henry's Commentary in One Volume". It's old, but I'm fairly sure they still print them. It covers the entire bible. This is not the concise commentary. Geo
