6packofun
I just bought some yummy Pom brand Pomegranate Wildberry White Tea and noticed that it was low in sugar, no aspartame or sucralose, but it contains erythritol, a natural 0-calorie sweetener (supposedly). I've never heard of this! Do any of you know anything positive or negative about this sweetener?
songbirdie
Erythritol is one of MANY sugar alcohols. I read this recently and you may find it interesting: http://abouterythritol.homestead.com/ If you have a sensitivity to yeast or other fermented products, I'd stay away from it. SnowWhite
It is also in the new 10 calorie Vitamin water. You all think it's just fine for pregnant ladies?
