I've known for a long time that I need to stop using Splenda, but I don't wanna. He makes a good case for stopping, though.

 

Yes. And don't let your kids eat it. Shrinks the thymus gland - which makes T cells. Low T cell count is very very very bad.

My friend who has a rare blood cancer....sees a MD (alone with her oncologist) who specializes in nutrition...and she says Splenda is baaaaaaad stuff.
