ABQmom
I see how to create another blog, but our problem is that I can't figure out how she can create her own profile. When she posts, Blogger signs my name to all of her posts then. If you have a blog on Blogger, and your child does too, then hopefully you know what I'm talking about. I can't find help for this question anywhere else! :w00t:
Suzanne in ABQ
I don't know how to solve this problem, other than moving her blog to a different server. Could she set up her blog on a different blog place besides blogspot?
JudoMom
You should be able to create a new blogger account for her with a different email address. Dh has his own blog & I have my own blog.
ABQmom
You should be able to create a new blogger account for her with a different email address. Dh has his own blog & I have my own blog. Then what am I missing? I signed her up on gmail to get her own address, but when we created a blog with that address it is still logging in to my Blogger dashboard and signing posts with my name. I'm sure I'm missing something very obvious here, but I can't figure it out! I did completely sign out of Blogger before we created her blog, and we were asked in the set-up whose name would be signed for the posts. I typed in her name, but her name isn't showing up--mine is.

I hope you get it figured out soon :001_smile:!
cathmom
THIS HAS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY TOO! That is all. It's why I haven't been posting on the 52 books in 52 weeks blog! Last night I finally figured out how to turn off the "Posted by" on my dds' blog, hoping that I could then post on the 52 blog, and it STILL signed it with my dds' names!!!!!! So, you mean you had a separate blog, but now it isn't posting the right name? Has this always been the case or something new? Just trying to figure out if it's a Blogger problem. cathmom
My dds have a blog on blogger and I have it set to say "Posted by name and name." Then when I go to post on the 52 weeks blog, it still says "Posted by name and name" even when I have turned it off on my dds' blog!
