myfatherslily
What are your favorite websites?:) I'd just like some simple, basic, easy projects and experiments for the kindergarten level. Like making a volcano with baking soda.... really simple stuff that illustrates the things we're doing. I've looked at some books, but it would be nice if I could find some online (free!) resources. tuckabella
it's not online, but, I have 365 Simple Science Experiments. It works for my K'er who loves science experiments. They had it at my library and I checked it out before I bought it (~$10).
Lori D.
Agree... An awesome book -- you can usually get it used for under $10 (which includes shipping); 365 experiments in all of the science areas, and it really does use simple materials you really do have around the house. Each takes 5-15 minutes, and includes a brief explanation of why it works. Perfect for K-4th grade! We used the second volume, "365 More Simple Science Experiments with Everyday Materials" (by Judy Breckenridge), which does not rely on having used the first volume. See inside both of these at Amazon: 365 Simple Science Experiments with Everyday Materials" (by E.
