Donna T.
I know this has come up lots of times, but I searched and couldn't find any threads! I'm looking for favorite books from the SOTW 2 time period. Either readers or read-alouds. We are reading Howard Pyle's The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood. My boys love it and it has really peaked their interest in literature from this time period. We are going to read Pyle's Otto of the Silver Hand next. I'd like to find a version of the Canterbury Tales that would make a good read aloud. Thanks for any suggestions! This school year is flying by and I hate to miss out on anything really great. Jennefer@SSA
Here is a blog post where I posted books to go along with each chapter that after much researching - mostly here on the boards, local homeschoolers and my own reading on Amazon reviews - I decided would be our "must-reads". Hope this helps! SOTW2 Readers

Suzanne115
Thank you so much for your awesome list! I am just starting to look over STOW 2 and plan extra reading. This list will give me a great jump start. Suzanne
annabanana1992
I am just beginning to compile my list for the fall for SOTW2 when I stumbled on this thread. Has anyone come up any new thoughts as they have researched this? Thanks!
