Bright_Future
I have a Nutrimill and it has a lifetime warranty on it, so should yours. Have you checked the company you bought it from about what to do?
missplacedalaskan
When I had to contact the company about an issue with my Nurtrimill they were great. Contact them and see if your machine can be repaired/replaced.

missplacedalaskan
I'm not sure you would need to know where you got the machine. Call the company and talk to them...it can't hurt. I don't have my paperwork with me, we are in the process of a move and packed EVERYTHING up last week.
Holly in FL
Just contact the Bosch company that makes the Nutrimill. The number should be on your Nutrimill literature. If you don't have it...let me know and I'll get it to you. They DO stand behind their product! ~Holly
Faithseed
I agree to contact the company directly, by-passing the middle man. They have a reputation of excellent customer service. Good luck!
Tani
so I would really appreciate the number if you have it handy. Sorry I didn't post back quickly. Things here are, um, busy. My mil was diagnosed Fri with malignant gallbladder cancer and the short story is that it doesn't look good. She is 75. I so appreciate the response and the reminder of how good a company Bosch is and I truly appreciate the phone number. Thanks for helping me out, Ladies. :001_smile:
Bright_Future
So sorry to hear about your mil. My literature has 2 numbers on it (801) 261-3222 and 1-800-MY BOSCH. It also states Kitchen Resource - maybe the go between distributor for Bosch, not sure, but not the retailer-with an e-mail address of info@kitchenresource.com. Maybe someone else will chime in with further information. HTH. Edited February 24, 2009 by Bright_Future typo
Kelli in TN
We are in the same situation. We don't have a receipt and so I am not sure they are going to honor the lifetime warranty. Excuse me for a moment.....(Kelli steps out of the room for a minute and smacks herself upside the head for losing the dang reciept) Okay, I am back. I am in "negotiations" (okay...begging and pleading) with the company now. If I cannot convince them to honor the warranty then I am going to ask how much the repair would cost me. It's bound to be less than a new Nutrimill, right? Or maybe I will just pour my wheat out on the sidewalk and go after it with a big rock. That couldn't take too long, could it? I don't understand what not having the receipt would mean  It's still the same product, made by the same company, no? Do you only get the benfit of the warranty if you're the original purchaser? That just makes no sense *shaking head* Sorry I'm not adding much value here, but I may be in the market for one, and this makes a difference in my research. IMO, a warranty is a warranty! Bright_Future
Is this the Bosch (Nutrimill) company? I would not think a receipt matters to them as it is a lifetime warranty. If you are talking about the company whom you bought it from that may be different. The numbers I gave I believe are from the Bosch company and not the middle man because I bought mine from Pleasant Hill Grains. Just curious as to who you are having the problem with in case mine ever takes a nose dive.

Just curious as to who you are having the problem with in case mine ever takes a nose dive. I am dealing with Kitchen Resources, which is who Pleasant Hill Grain told me to go to. Pleasant Hill tried to find my purchase in their records, but they were unable to find that particular order. They could find every other order I ever placed with them, but not that one! From Pleasant Hill's website: Warranties for products sold by Pleasant Hill Grain are offered and provided solely by the equipment's manufacturer. Warranty information, including locations and addresses of authorized service centers, is provided in product literature. For information on Pleasant Hill Grain's status as an Authorized Bosch Distributor, click here. Most manufacturers require proof of purchase (and of purchase date) with warranty claim, so it's important to keep your receipt. Pleasant Hill Grain will provide a courtesy copy of your receipt upon request if possible, but we can't guarantee availability of such records. And Kitchen Resource's website: When you need to send your appliance to us for service, pack it well, so that it cannot be damaged during transport. Include a note with your contact information and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Also include a brief explanation of the problem. Send it prepaid to:Kitchen Resource - Service Department 180 West 500 North North Salt Lake, UT 84044 Phone: 801-383-1936 Fax: 801-383-1941 Email: service@kitchenresource.com I think with an accurate serial number they should just fix the thing. That's my opinion!!!!!
Tani
I will call and see what I can come up with tomorrow. I think I will go to bed now and dream about all my wheat being ground into beautiful wheat flour, made into bread, cookies, pancakes, mmmmmmmm. Sorry, I miss my wheat. Goodnight :tongue_smilie:
