ereks mom
I have an HP 7310 all-in-one. It has worked great until recently. Now the copies are coming out with what could best be described as white lines: for example, if I print a page of text from a book, there are white lines (areas that didn't print) all the way across the page about an inch apart. It seems to be worse on copies that I scan and print than on things I print from an online source. The print cartridge is nearly full, so it's not low ink. I've searched the user's manual and also Googled it, and I can't find anything like this. Any ideas?
TraceyS/FL
Have you run the "clean print head" cycle or the "check nozzle" thingy? Sounds like something is over a nozzle, i'd check them then clean it if necessary. Should be in the HP application folder in your computer somewhere..... (I have a Mac)
Ali in OR
Yep, sounds like a plugged nozzle on the ink cartridge.
