Some wildlife experts believe that maybe over a million animals have perished during the last few days. The loss to human and animal life is staggering. They live on a beautiful property near Tonimbuk, Victoria. They are getting favorable wind directions at the moment, so I just hope that the wind doesn't do an about face before the fires are put out.
