What do you feed someone who can't seem to eat anything? (food allergies)

and really has to be NOTHING else. She turned out to be allergic to salt!

I know it's not the same, but when my dog had to be on an elimination diet, it was chicken and white potatoes. And the vet said that it would take 8 weeks to completely purge his body before you could know for sure. (I mention this because one of my friend's babies turned out to be allergic to rice - and she said one she googled it, it turned out to be a not so uncommon allergy.

I think it depends on the individual. When my mom was as allergic as you are describing, her parents fed her pork chops every meal until they figured out other things she could eat, and that wasn't much. If you think lamb or rice is the way to go, try it, but be prepared to switch if one of those is a problem, too.

Of course that would be okay for a dog, but humans can't produce their own ascorbic acid (vitamin C). If a human did this then they would start to show signs of scurvy.

Potatoes can be a problem if you are allergic to the nightshade family. Rice is a grass, but so far we are ok with it. Lamb is a good choice. Wild salmon and usually bananas are safe choices. We have lots of allergies and take supplements to avoid scurvy, etc. Centrum didn't have corn or wheat in the ingredients last time I read the label. Allergy testing is really helpful if you can get it.
