Prayers, please? (sorta long)

Recommended Posts

I am SO worn out. I have been battling allergies since APRIL - have seen doctor, done what I've been told, etc. Couple weeks ago, something happened that had never happened to me before. I simply could not breathe and was wheezing terribly. Doctor gave me a breathing treatment which really helped, then examined me and diagnosed bronchial asthma, and gave me Advair, which really helped. However, I am still not completely recovered. Breathing much better but the coughing is driving me nuts and I think there's some congestion, too. Am going back to the doctor tomorrow and would really appreciate your prayers that we can finally get to the bottom of this and I can feel GOOD again. Dh has overall not been very encouraging through this and that wears me out, too. Just adds worry that I don't need.

Along with this, I also have ds dealing with relapse leukemia (he was SO sick last night and in great pain), my mom in a nursing home far from us and I can't travel to visit her right now (not feeling well and ds's chemo schedule, etc.), escalating medical bills, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I am so worn out and desperately need God's intervention. I spend wakeful (coughing) nights in praise to Him because He alone is worthy. I just don't know how much longer I can bear up. We have a great little church and everyone there is praying for us. I need to hold on till the breakthrough comes. Till God says it's enough. But I am so tired.

Will anyone please pray?

Merciful Father, wrap Your arms around this dear sister, and give her peace.

Jehovah-rophe, I ask for healing if it be Your will, for her and her dear ones. And if healing is not Your will, may You give grace sufficient for the trial, that she may glorify You in all things.

Yes, will pray now! PLEASE keep the communication doors open with your church. If you need to ask for anything, do it. They "may" not take the initiative out of feeling awkward in some way.

PS...Greater is HE who is in you and he who is in the world.

Keep us posted and for additional prayers.
