happyWImom
This morning, I came out, and dd was curled up on the couch, with her cereal, a pile of books next to her reading! It has finally all started coming together these last few weeks, and I am soooo thrilled!!!!! She didn't want to stop! Then, she read some to her brother.:party: It's so weird to think "I taught her that-I'm a teacher"

Sweetpeach
Congrats to You, Mom!!! Funny, the hs'ing journey seems to be an exercise in continually falling forward . . . there are no guarantees that it's working, until it finally works. Thanks for sharing your success -- it's encouraging for all of us. T

happyWImom
Now you can breathe a sigh of relief and brace yourself for long division.:eek: I don't even want to think about that! Math & I are not friends.:tongue_smilie: But, I figure at least if we are doing well with the reading, I can now delve into the math more-something I haven't done like I should. One step at a time.
