Scarlett Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 My favorite---- German Potato Salad 3 lb unpeeled new potatoes (scrubbed) ½ lb bacon 2/3 c. mayo 8 oz. Sour cream 2 TBLE fresh dill- chopped 2 TBLE fresh parsley--chopped 1 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (20-30 min) Drain and allow to cool enough to handle Cut into chunks Combine all other ingredients and fold into potatoes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
