laughing lioness
We were reading through the Proverbs and Sayings yesterday at lunch and making sure that everyone was clear on what they meant. We are also just coming off of too much break, big sis home from college, late nights watching flicks and general holiday mayhem. Proverb: "The early bird gets the worm." I, being the wise mom that I am, proceeded to make this a teaching point letting everyone know we were back on school schedule. Groans and sighs. My ds 14 pipes up, "Yeah, but the 2nd mouse gets the cheese." Cheers and applauds all around.

laughing lioness
You will love it! We have added to our memory work and tweaked other areas based on LM. The grammar cathechism alone is worth the price of the book.
