Nakia
I can't remember if we've had a thread like this before. I know we did on another forum I used to post on. The 3 birds represent my 3 daughters. The egg represents my baby in heaven. The magnolia leaves represent strength. Make sure you explain the meaning. :D
Plucky
That is really nice! I don't have any but that's the kind I would get if I did. I like it a lot.
Paz
Nakia, that's pretty! I really like it. I don't have one but I wish I had a picture of ds's. He's out of the country right now but he has a beautiful large cross on his left side. He got it to commemorate a meaningful religious experience and to help him continue to understand the meaning of the cross. It is probably the nicest cross tatoo I've ever seen. Lady_Dulcinea
Love your design. Mine is Phantom of the Opera, because well I've been obsessed with it since college. I want at least one more if I every think up something neat and symbolic like yours.
Nakia
Thanks for the compliments! Paz, I would love to see your son's. My stepsister also has a really beautiful cross tattoo. Joni, I love yours. I totally want more too. My brother warned me it would be addictive. But I really want mine to mean something special. My best friend and I are thinking about getting matching tiger lilies. :D

Remudamom
Do you REALLY want a picture??? Uh oh, I sense trouble!!!! I'll never get one because I don't know what body part won't stretch out and destroy it! My dds told me once I needed a herd of horses galloping around my ankle. Nakia
Hmmm... Now I am wondering if I should put a disclaimer in my post. :001_smile:

Mine is on my upper back, so hopefully it will still be there when I'm 80. :)

Annie Laurie
Your's is very nice, I really like that it symbolizes something. I have two and get them when I was very young and gave no thought to any of that, so I have the standards that a lot of ladies have- a flower on my ankle and a butterfly on my back/shoulder. I wish I didn't have them now, unfortunately.
