I'll call it my rest day! ;) It was actually my "too freezing cold for my recovering-from-illness body to take to the streets" day! I had a coughing fit this morning and had to leave church, so I decided my lungs wouldn't like the 30 degree air. It was their rest day! Way to go, you other exersisers!
