Julpost
I've inherited about 200 classical music CDs from dh's grandmother. I'd like to do some music and composer studies, especially since the only musical study we've done this year chorus at the ps. Anyone have any ideas on how to go about this? Thanks! Jean in Newcastle
Mike Venezia has a good series of books on some major composers. The series is called "Getting to Know the World's Greatest Composers". We read the book aloud and then listened to music by the composers we read about. Wendi
In addition to the Venezia books and others, you might consider Young Scholar's Guide to the Composers from Bright Ideas Press. Wendi
