A Whitt Posted July 29 Posted July 29 I live in the State of Florida and work in a private, Christian school. My question is this, can a school enroll international student as a homeschooler while the student continues to live in their native country? Quote
maize Posted August 1 Posted August 1 If the student is enrolled full-time in a private school, they would not be a homeschool student but a distance or online education private school student. Are you asking whether this would meet the education laws of the country the student is living in? That would be a question for someone familiar with the laws of that country. Since the student isn't a Florida resident, Florida laws, regulations, and programs would not apply to the student specifically (but would of course still apply to the school). 4 Quote
