Alicia64 Posted July 26 Posted July 26 Remember how Charles Schultz had the adults out of picture droning, "Wa-wa-want-wa-wa kind of thing? Well, I was just talking to my son, 21, about something that he didn't want to hear. And after, it occurred to me that instead of Charles Schultz's," wa-wa" droning, when we parents are talking about something like -- oh, say -- signing up for college classes, what the parent is really saying is (a la Charles Schultz),, "I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you. And I love. you. And don't forget I love you, because I will always love you. It's because I love you, I love you, And finally, I love you. Homeschool parents rock. I've been stingy and haven't shared that thought. So just know, I would never tangle intellectually with a homeschool parent. Keep being awesome. ♥♥ ♥ 9 Quote
