He got vaccines yesterday and he has had a fever yesterday and today. He threw up last night. Tonight he is restless and inconsolable. When he tries to nurse he gags and throws up. Well, he has nursed fine all day, it seems the nausea is just at night. He won’t even let me hold him or snuggle him. He just cried himself back to sleep and is just lying in the floor. I hate him sleeping in the floor, but I don’t dare move him. This kid is so easy going and a mommy snuggle or mommy milky makes everything better, but not tonight.  It’s breaking my heart. I pray he is back to normal soon.

Just for fun and because I can’t sleep now here is a recent picture of him.

Hope he feels better soon. My side of the family tend to spike fevers with vaccinations so we had to time them after tests and exams. DS19 nearly fainted as well.

He's so precious!🥰 I'm sorry the little guy is having such a hard reaction. Hopefully, he will improve quickly and be back to normal soon.

Like only because I'd much rather have a virus go through than a feeling of fear around the next vax. I hope everyone feels better quickly.

Well ladies. He is feeling much better. My 8 year old dd has had a fever and an upset stomach today. So, now I’m thinking he may have had a virus.

I’m glad he’s better, but I’m so sorry for your dd. In our immediate family and the kids’ cousins (constant contact), we’ve had several with a stomach bug recently. It was a couple of weeks ago but it was strange to me bc they’re all teens/young adults. We just hadn’t had that kind of stuff going around since our kids were much younger. Even my eldest said he couldn’t remember the last time he’d had a stomach bug bc it had been so long.

I hope it passes quickly and stops with your dd!

I’m so sorry you have a house full of sick kids! That’s miserable, especially with GI stuff. Heads up that the current covid variants are frequently heavy on the gi symptoms, and it’s common for that to be the the initial or main symptom for kids. Totally might be another bug, but wanted to put that on your radar just in case. Whatever it is, I hope they are all better soon (and that you stay healthy)!
