Any Mid-Century Modern Collectors ?

My local thrift has an outstanding Eames style chair for $250. Very well made and great condition. Manufactured by Norcross Furniture Company.  My searches bring up nothing on the company or the chair's value.  Tempted to buy it anyway, but would like to know something before spending that much.  thanks

There is a Norcross Furniture Company whose site I cannot view (it’s FB and I don’t do FB) that has a graphic that says they were founded in 2015. Not sure if that’s the same company.

Have you checked the piece for any more markings? Tried an image search?

I get it. We recently scored a Magic Box desk by Mumenthaler and Meier at a thrift store, and I was over the moon. DD has claimed it for schoolwork.

If it’s in great shape and you love it — and have use for a chair — it sounds like a good price, even if it’s not vintage.

Thanks, Spryte.  Strange that nothing comes up, even with image search of chair and manufacturer's brass  label.  Decided to pass.  I am actually in the process of decluttering.  I only buy things now that are great steals.   Congrats on that Magic Box. Its beautiful.
