My sincerest condolences for your losses. These are the times when I wish we all weren't so far from one another and virtual hugs were real ones. But you will be in my thoughts this day and I am giving you the strongest virtual hug I can.

I am so sorry to hear about your losses.  Those are heartbreaking losses.  I am thinking of you and your family today and sending my prayers.  I hope it helps a tiny bit to know you are in the thoughts and hearts of others.  I wish I could do more like just come and sit with you with a cup of tea and listen or just be there.  If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know.

I’m so sorry for you and your family. This weekend is the one year mark for loosing my son. I can’t avoid thinking that this time last year we were happy and whole. A year is nothing and doesn’t help. I’m not remotely surprised that seven years don’t even give you any relief.

A year is so short. I can tell you that even though it never goes away it can get less sharp. My family never really feels completely complete, but I do treasure the memories and am so very thankful of the time I had with him. He was my firstborn and the reason I started home schooling. He was funny and stubborn and just a wonderful kid. He had a gruff exterior but such a kind heart. He will always be missed but the memories are so special.
