The link takes you to an abstract of the whole. It is essentially a review of the law re homeschooling in the 50 states, and it summarizes the research studies re homeschooled students' academic achievement and social development, concluding that, because increased state regulation does not correlate with increased achievement of homeschooled students, state regulation of homeschooling does not advance State interest. Here's some ammo for those of us who are fighting the good fight against further state laws restricting homeschooling.
