And I’m going back to my hometown to work, for people who have been close and trusted friends for decades, and eventually the schedule will be so much better for my family and homeschooling. And I have the privilege of helping build a company from the ground up. But I still do not like change lol. I accepted a supervisor paramedic position with this company and am now convinced it was absolutely the right choice. It definitely felt like coming home. Honestly, ER medical directors have been, in our experience, pretty much always nice people. People don't go into ER on a power trip, lol!
