Does anyone have Guitar Praise?

My ds really wants Guitar Hero. We don't have a game console; there is a computer version. I'm not thrilled with the idea of him filling his head with some of those songs, though. KWIM? I heard about Guitar Praise, and it looks interesting. Ds is interested in it, too. But I don't know anyone who has it, so I thought I'd ask if anyone has it and can share their experiences.

We have it. It's SO much better than Guitar Hero (which we used to own). One thing you might want to know is that it doesn't hook up with a TV, but only with the computer. It wasn't as easy for people to sit around and watch, but the songs are SO much better.

We don't have it, or any game systems, for that matter. However, a very good friend, whom I trust implicitly, has it and recommends it highly.

I am glad to hear good things about it... we own it... but it is my daughter's big Christmas gift... so we haven't opened it or tried it. It was her number one gift request. :)

Some of the reviewers on Amazon said that Guitar Praise doesn't work as well as Guitar Hero, that the timing of when you hit the note is weird, and not like Guitar Hero. Have you found that to be true? What are the graphics like?

 

Ds loves to play Guitar Hero (when we go to electronics stores), so I'm worried if Guitar Praise doesn't measure up, he won't use it.

 

Hmm. It's a lot of money for a game. It's a tough call.
