I’m planning music camps this summer, and have, after checking through closets, etc, found three additional keyboards to add to my two pianos. Every single one is a keyboard and stand, but does not have a bench (or power adapter). When I asked the building engineer if there was anything that would be a good piano bench, this is what he came up with :).

I totally love this!  I'm always surprised and sad when I see younger kids not well set up at the piano reaching up to meet the keys (my older started piano at 5, is still doing music in college, I have attended infinite recitals), this is perfect!

That was my thought-for my younger kids, this is actually better than the usual bench because it’s more flexible. (I teach down to age 3, so some really TINY kids).

It is so great, our music school starts down to 3 or 4 too.  So clever!  Most of our teachers have these super expensive adjustable benches/chairs.

One recommendation our music makes for people on a budget at home and that we've used for years at home on our antique piano bench is stacking 1" interlocking floor mats and stacking them like these ...

https://www.amazon.com/Sportneer-Exercise-Interlocking-Gymnastics-Protective/dp/B08QLXPLWV/ref=sr_1_5?crid=28SDAP1LWLNL1&keywords=interlocking+floor+mats+1+inch+thick+12x12&qid=1649268960&sprefix=interlocking+floor+mats+1+inch+thick+12x12%2Caps%2C111&sr=8-5

If some of your bitty student families are looking for ideas to get their kiddos up to the keys.  They are grippy enough that they stack and hold well, but they'd also be easy enough to strap together too and you just remove mats as the child grows.  For feet we used a small step stool and then we would could also stack the interlocking mats up so they could have good posture sitting at the piano as well until they were ready to pedal anyway.
