Ok, hive! Can anyone out there recommend a tablet stand they love? I am going to be hosting some Zoom meetings (as opposed to just attending.) I don’t want to have to juggle both my iPad and the Bluetooth keyboard while moderating the meetings, so I figure I’ll need some sort of stand to prop the iPad in place. There are about eleventy-bazillion of these things on Amazon, and of course there are great reviews and awful reviews for all of them, and I have read so many that my brain hurts! Does anyone have a secure tablet stand they really like that won’t fall apart on me after a week or two of use?

Bonus points for stability and adjustability. This is for virtual pet therapy, so the camera needs to pick up what’s going on at dog-level, and I don’t want my iPad to come crashing to the floor if a canine tail happens to whack it!

I have used my portable music stand but it is top heavy so would wobble if it gets knocked into. Also the maximum tilt would not get the iPad’s camera at dog level well. I have all iPad sizes from mini to the 12.7” pro.

I can’t figure out how to link from the app, but I’m attaching a screenshot.
I think these are under multiple random names, but I truly do love them. I had to replace one in the 4 or 5 years I had my old iPad, and then I got one to fit the iPad I inherited from dh.

I use this stand for my zoom meetings on my iPad. Works great. Imhave owned it for 4 years. It’s not one I use everyday, Thst is smaller metal stand, but the adjustablity is greater for this stand.

For what you are looking for especially with having dogs near I would suggest an iPad tripod instead of a stand. I have 2 tripods that I use with my iPhone to record that are a lot more sturdy than just a stand. Some come with a remote so,that you don’t have to touch the screen to record or stop.

Also, how high does the stand need to be? I’m trying to picture how you’ll be using it.

Sorry to be clueless!

I’m thinking I will either put the stand on the floor or a low stool, depending on the height of the stand, and hold the keyboard in my lap when I’m not working with my own pup. Most of our tricks are done on the floor.
