Today: barbecue bowls (this very good GF and vegan cornbread with some frozen corn added; chickpeas in barbecue sauce; cole slaw)

Sunday: cauliflower parm

Monday: roasted chicken, rice, carrots

Tuesday: sticky sesame cauliflower (might change), peas

Wednesday: broccoli cheese soup

Thursday: veggie frittata

Friday: red lentil soup, roasted potatoes

Tonight: Cheese ravioli

Sunday: Leftovers (clean out the fridge day)

Monday: Stir fry & rice, scallion pancakes on the side

Tuesday: ?  I'll pull something from the freezer.  Maybe I'll do black bean flautas.

Wednesday: breakfast for dinner

Thursday: grocery shopping

This week is Experiment Week! Nothing from our usual tried-and-true —  all new recipes. 

1. Mexican meatballs, plain white rice, corn salad (from recipetineats)

2. Quiche Lorraine (recipetineats) and homemade cream biscuits (okay, the biscuits aren’t a new recipe)

3. TikTok famous feta pasta (that was viral during 2020?), salad

4. Corn chowder and savory cheese muffins (both from recipetineats)
