I mean, to be fair, I had to get out of my car to stand in front of his house to take the picture.  

This particular house isn't in my actual neighborhood; it's the neighborhood of a friend we take the Sunday comics to.  So if you come to visit the monolith, genitalia lights are about a ten minute drive away.

Should I knock on their door and ask what the reasoning is behind their light style is?

I think we should all encourage @Terabith by agreeing to donate to the charity of her choice in her name if she does this. 

I personally will pledge $10 to the charity to be named later if she does this.

If you make friends with Putin's brother and report back, I'll go for $25.
