Dianthus Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 I ordered several items on Amazon, but they do not show up on the order list even though I ordered in the last 2 weeks. I was able to search and find the items. For example, I ordered my daughter a soap making kit. It didn't arrive, but wasn't in orders. I searched "soap" in order search and found it and it says "lost package". I requested a refund. I ordered my son a penny whistle in key of C. I couldn't find in orders, but finally found by searching "key of C." I will request a refund. My problem is I can't remember if there are other little things that didn't arrive. Is there a way to show every Amazon order? This seems very sneaky that Amazon is not displaying what is not delivered. Quote
Selkie Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 If you go into your account information, I think you can look up every transaction that has occurred - so you would be able to see everything that has been charged to you. 1 Quote
Dianthus Posted December 26, 2021 Author Posted December 26, 2021 Just got off phone with them. They are sending an inquiry. It should show everything but only shows delivered items. Very nice agent went through entire list of orders and those are only 2 missing items. 4 Quote
alisoncooks Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 I’ve had a few orders do that, specifically orders that were super delayed in shipping or lost. Seems sketchy to me, and if I weren’t on top of things, I’m sure I’d be charged and never realized I didn’t get the item. (And I order from Amazon frequently…but something is a little *off* with these orders.) 2 Quote
