On Friday I had my Pfizer booster shot. At first it looked like my only symptom was going to be sore arm (like doses 1-2), but about 22 hours later the fever kicked in. It was gone by Sunday morning, but now my lymph nodes are swollen. It started Saturday night in my armpit, yesterday spread to my collarbone area, and now is approaching my neck. The armpit isn't as tender as yesterday, but the total tender area is seems to be getting bigger, and I feel like I have a small marble on my collarbone.

How long will this keep spreading? Is there anything I can do to help?

I had that happen after my second shot. It went away on it's own but I can't remember how long it took.

Same. I think it was most tender maybe days two and three and then gradually faded over like the next week or so? I had it happen with my booster as well, though I don’t think it was quite as sore as it was after my second.

the lymph node under one of my arms was swollen too after the 2nd dose and my booster.  Mine only lasted 3 days.

A friend of mine's lymph node around her collar bone was swollen for a few months.  (3 months perhaps?)

When my son had his second dose his node under his arm swelled up to the size of a golf ball after about 36 hours.  We actually had to fix up a sling of sorts to keep his arm out a bit because it was so tender.  Over the next few days its volume seemed to stay the same but it sort of spread out more so it wasn't so delineated.  Sounds like that might be the stage you're in now.  After about a week It was resolved.  We used ice on and off the two days it was most severe.  I also gave him ibuprofen.  Good luck.  I hope you get some relief soon.

Idk, but when I had a breakthrough mumps infection I was in so much pain I looked up home remedies and found a ginger poultice that helped a ton with the swollen glands in my neck and jaw.

I mixed powdered ginger and water in a paste, spread it all over the skin over the swollen areas, put a HOT damp washcloth over it and a thick folded towel over that to keep the heat in. I left it for 20 minutes. It has a weird hot tingling drawing sensation. After the first application the pain was gone and the swelling was 70% down. I did it again a few hours later and the swelling went down another 50%.  It was night so I went to bed.  The next morning I did it again and after that I was fine.

IDK if it would help with vaccine glands, but if you have ginger in your spice cabinet it’s worth a try.

I had really annoying swollen lymph nodes over my collarbone after my second shot. I think they took about a week to go back to normal, but they were a lot less painful after the first three days or so.

I've never had those particular lymph nodes swell before!

I also had my booster on Friday and my armpit is super swollen and sore, but as far as I know those are the only swollen lymph nodes. I read that is a side effect, but I didn’t realize they got this big!

After my Pfizer booster, I had a fever and body aches for about 36 hours. The swollen lymph nodes took maybe 3-4 days after the fever was gone to settle down.

My youngest got his booster on Friday and yesterday his lymph nodes in his arm pit swelled up and were very painful.  Today he seems to be feeling better.  He says it is more like a slight bruise pain this evening.  My DD also got swollen lymph nodes from her booster, but hers weren't as painful as DS's.  I think it took DD a week or two to really clear up and the pain to go completely away.

Ds11 got this.  His was delayed because he spent several days on steroids after his second Pfizer vaccine, but once he weaned off those the lymph nodes swelled for about 2 days.  It was another one of those things we rushed to google.  LOL  But turns out it's a normal side effect.

How long is it they've been advising women to wait to get a mammogram after a vaccine? Either four or six weeks, I think? So I guess it can take awhile for the lymph nodes to return to normal.

I had one swell up in my armpit after my third dose, but it didn't last long (less than 24 hours).

I had a really swollen armpit after the Moderna booster, along with a large, bright red area on my upper arm that was hot to the touch. The reaction started the day after the shot and lasted ~5 days. I had very little reaction to the first two Pfizer shots.

I still have the lump on my collarbone, but thankfully the swelling in my armpit has gone down enough that it doesn't hurt anymore. I think that maybe yesterday was the last day of things getting worse.

I had my Moderna booster 7 weeks ago ,  4 days later swollen lymph nodes in the neck and still swollen now . Going for an ultra sound soon .  I hope it's nothing more than a reaction and not serious and life threatening .

Mine were sore but not detectably swollen.

I have a permanently swollen lymph node that cropped up after starting allergy shots years ago (nearly immediately). It would "backup" for lack of a better description, over and over when I would get a cold, have additional allergy symptoms, etc., and it really drove me nuts. It's never gone away, but it did stop being chronically irritated after I used this product: https://www.herbalix.com/product/nighttime-detox-deodorant/

Take it with a heavy dose of salt, lol! But it did seem to help me a great deal.

Yes, I had the same thing. Felt like I had a beanbag full of water under my left arm. It was there for about 3-4 days or so. Didn't have it with the first 2 Pfizer shots.

Same exactly for me.  So weird!  I had Moderna after two Pfizers.
