It's easy! All you do is type the @ symbol and then start typing in the person's username (with no space after the @ symbol.) Then you'll get a little popup that lets you choose the name of the person you want. Just click on the name and the tag will appear. 

If you try it and it doesn't work, let me know and I'll try to explain it more clearly.  🙂
