I need a wall

In Oct - my brother had a snit about how he was done trying to be friends and never wanted to talk with me again. 

That lasted all of two or three weeks . . .

The latest is he wants me to help him find investment properties - because I did such a good "job" finding his house. . . . (To thank me, he took me out to a very rushed lunch at a pho restaurant. I wasn't able to eat more than half a dozen bites of my food before I had to leave.)  - and he can't leave his cray-cray out of it.

I figure I can either ignore it - or let him know I'm charging a 4% commission off the sale price . . . . 

I have communicated with him once (to thank him for letting me know our father's half-sister died.)  maybe three short sentences.

Sorry...it's so hard to deal with this.  If you wait long enough to respond, maybe he'll move on to something else?
