madteaparty Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 I need something for the kids to watch, that’s available on Prime or Netflix or any channel I can get from prime. some of the NOVAs on topics of interest are okay, but most are a bit too hard. One of the kids has limited English. So, one step above Wild Krafts, and a small step under NOVA? Quote
HomeAgain Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 I think the Horrible Science series is still on Prime. Or Popular Mechanics for Kids? 1 Quote

Horrible Science seems to no longer be on prime? I discovered I have Disney plus and i guess with it comes National Geographic—some promising stuff there. Quote

I keep waiting for the Science of Imagineering videos to drop on D+. We have them all on dvd, but I'd love for them to be more accessible. There is a show with the Animal Kingdom staff and animal care that is pretty good - I can't remember the name, but if you look up AK or the At The Parks collection, they'd be there. 1 Quote

I know some people don't have DVD players. I have 10 DVDs. ChocolateCake Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 My girls are studying ocean animals this year (Apologia). We've really enjoyed Plastic Ocean and Chasing Coral on Netflix. They're made for adults but if the topic is interesting to them, they may find them enjoyable. Quote
