Anyone having issues getting a response from Derek Owens recently? My daughter's last two tests have not been returned, and no response to two e mails (one from her and one from me) inquiring about them. We have used the curric for several years and this is quite unusual, so wondering if something is going on.

Huh, no, we've been getting things steadily this week - although one test was right at the two day limit beyond which we send inquiries. I have three dc using different programs with them. I'm sure that is frustrating especially for *two* tests! Perhaps try asking at another email address?

Their "Contact Us" page has quite a few email addresses to choose from! 😃

I only had this happen after I forgot to pay a month.  I've always received a quick response when I contacted them.

Friday night (late), DD got something back. Not sure when she sent it in. I know she received a couple other graded items last week (Mon, Tues) including a test (Thurs).

I know if you email him directly he will be slower to respond. Try the homework help email. I usually get a response within a couple of hours.

In my case it was the "email me for the midterm thing" that I ended up emailing the hwhelp people for--they said to just email them in the future.

Seconding that this once happened to ds ages ago and when I went to look, I realized I'd forgotten to pay the invoice. I wish they handled that slightly differently, but whatever. If you did pay, I wonder if it's still down to a payment snafu.

That's weird.  Whenever I forgot to pay, I got an email from DO's bookkeeper.

It was only by a week or so. I assume they would have emailed eventually.

We are paid up. Like EKS, the one time we forgot to pay (a few years ago), we got an e mail about it. I did get a response from the HWHelp e mail today. She couldn't find the second test, and said the first test was in a box graded but had not been sent. She asked for the second test to be re-sent. Hopefully receive the graded work tomorrow, though she did not promise that.

We also didn't get a homework graded quickly the time it was inadvertently submitted to the English provider... #moderndayproblems

Update: we did eventually get both tests back! It was odd though, and not typical of our Derek Owen experience through the years

Well, once again there are homework assignments that seem to be sitting in someone's box there 🙂 Will check on it again after the holiday.
