My mom was just taken by ambulance to the hospital. My dad found her this morning her pulse was going crazy (180), disoriented and leg weakness.  She had a hernia repaired Wednesday so a clot of some kind seems likely.

Ventricular tachycardia not related to surgery.  Going home some time today on medication and will have ablation in a few weeks.

Ventricular tachycardia is the official word.  They have  her vitals stabilized with meds. They would normally do an ablation but it's not an option with the recent surgery. No word on what caused it. They are waiting for a room. If things stay stable and they don't find anything nasty she will come home tomorrow.

That is a great update. Holding her and your family in the light.

@rebcoola — just checking in to see if your mom will be going home today. Praying that she’s doing great!

Thanks she is going home today on meds.  They will do an ablation probably after Christmas.  She is doing good and just bored waiting for all the dismissal stuff.
