2 weeks ago, my dad caught me at a particularly exhausting evening to tell me he needed me to do his laundry as he had no more clothes.

I went down to get his clothes and realized he had more shirts and pants but was out of t-shirts and underwear.

So, I ordered a pack each of 6 undershirts and 6 men's underwear and just threw them in the next load I did and mixed them in.

He has not made one comment and he would if he noticed.

One point for me!  #Wehaveamazonforthat!

That's a great win!

When my mom, who had Alzheimer's, lived with me, she was attached to wearing one particular outfit. Just that one. So I get the frustration with clothing.

Now maybe you can slip the new pair of pants and a shirt inro one of his loads!

I wish.   He won't entertain wearing anything but what he has had for years.  It won't be as easy as adding tighty whities and some undershirts.   I gave him 2 pr. pants last Christmas and he won't wear them.

And shirts, ALL of them are the same.   Short sleeve button down oxfords with a pocket for pens.   They have some different designs but they all are white based and same style.

You may be able to find duplicates & similar enough on eBay. Search for not only the brand, but if you can find a style number on the tags search for that too.

🤣  These shirts are so old I can't even read the tags.

It doesn't matter, he has about 15 shirts, the pants are the issue.   Not only will he not wear the new ones I got him, but he wears the same pair for a couple of weeks.   He will not change.....says his pants don't need changing.   We have gone around and around on it and I have given up.   He isn't going anywhere anyway, so, whatever.
