Miss Tick
I found this interesting art site called Retropolis. The art is like a yesteryear version of the future. I ordered and received a nice t-shirt for my astronomy loving dd. For any Latin fans, we've been chuckling today in the Jokes & Memes thread about this Julius Caesar Ides of March pencil holder. I was admiring that earlier and hoping you'd post it here as well. I looked for the Errare humanum est eraser you mentioned but could only find it on British and Canadian sites. I did however find a mug and a t-shirt. When my daughter visited recently, she wore an old t-shirt that was similar to this one. I am theoretically done with Christmas shopping, but I would not be averse to adding more to this box if I saw something she would love. I just want to make the car an enjoyable space for her, so she doesn't dread her driving lessons. Her birthday is a few days before Christmas, so I will put the box with the birthday stuff. My DH begged for this Star Wars paint by number set: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y5R3M5R He worked for universities for over a decade, so we usually all had a 2-3 week break at Christmas and fell into the habit of doing more elaborate paint by number kits each holiday season. If we have a houseguest for the holidays, they also get a set. My (pig UFO) paint by number kit took one month to arrive: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Z384YG6 We also got the kids video game themed face masks, like this Stardew Valley one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0919M1348 Edited October 30, 2021 by rutheart item finally arrived 5

prairiewindmomma
I had a quarantree last year. I set it up in October with a toilet paper garland, hung masks from it, and ornaments. The tree was 20 years old (fake), and had broken branches and otherwise would have long been in the trash bin, but it was the perfect tree for last year. We have a new one this year, so I'm back to decorating more subtly. 7

Kareni
I had posted this previously, but I'll mention it again here as it's a unique gift. I ordered a personalized pillow cover for my daughter. It has nine locations embroidered on it: her birthplace, places we used to camp, the place we moved to when she was eleven, a town in Italy she visited with her high school Latin group, her college town, the location of her study abroad in NZ, and the city in South Korea where she now lives. It will be a total surprise, and I think she'll like it. This is the fourth order I've placed with this vendor; I've been pleased with her work. If interested, it's HillaryMasonDesigns.
