Another s/o; Do you USE your middle name?

I was not given a middle name at birth. So, I was able to chose my own middle name at Confirmation. At the time, I thought Bernadette was the most beautiful name in the world. But eventually I started using only the middle initial. Back in those days we didn’t get social security numbers until getting ready to work. So at around at 15 or 16, I walked in, gave them my name (with my Confirmation name - no proof needed like nowadays), they gave me a card, and it’s been official ever since. I only use the middle initial now, but I use it very very consistently. When I see my name in print WITHOUT my middle initial, it looks weird or incomplete.
