cintinative Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 I am going to also check out Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain to see if it might work. I have a kid with strong visual-spatial skills that has done drawing for about four years with my graphic designer dad. They have definitely covered the basics of method using various materials (pencil, pen, ink, pastels, charcoal) but the drawing has mostly been still lifes. We have done very little human face, hand, body, etc. and no live animals and really nothing from the brain (imaginary). Do you all have a recommendation for this? Quote

Farrar Posted September 21, 2021 Posted September 21, 2021 Honestly, I'd look at the courses on Udemy, Domestika, Skillshare, etc. A lot of them are art and have good reviews. You just have to sort them. When I've seen the freebie things, I've felt like it seems really haphazard or random. 1 Quote
Alice Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 My son is doing animation classes through The Animation Course. They also have drawing classes. The animation classes have been excellent. 1 Quote
