Janeway Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 Thyroid, MTHFR, a general endo panel, maybe a food allergy panel. Quote

Ottakee Posted September 11, 2021 Posted September 11, 2021 Thyroid is a big one also, I have heard of several girls in that age range with depression, self harm ideation, etc I would also ask the doctor about hormonal influences. Those can wreck havock on girls in puberty. Quote
Spryte Posted September 11, 2021 Posted September 11, 2021 Echoing the other suggestions, and in particular B-12 and D. Quote
