I did a 20ish min easy yoga and 10 min of core yesterday.

Lots of time outside but not many steps. I went to visit my parents and we sat outside talking for several hours. 

I am far from accomplishing my goals this week. Adding in the new job means I'm working later then have been out of the house most of 2 days. I hadn't even adjusted to the longer VIPKID schedule then add in more and it is a bit of a mess.

Again- aiming for yoga and some walking today. Maybe I'll actually get some soup made since I'm going to be at home today.

I played tennis for 1.5 hrs last night and a group of friends are kayaking later this afternoon. I can't wait! I'm also going to fit in a bike ride after getting my hair cut (first cut in about a year!). 

I enjoyed the morning yoga yesterday, but finding a location in the house to keep up the trend is challenging. I moved my office into the my bedroom, which is my favourite place for mat work. It's a bit cramped for space now, though.

September has been a month of ups and downs.  Most days I did not exercise much.  But I did pass a TKD belt test, so I'm about 3/4 of the way to preparing for my 2nd degree blackbelt test.

I am still in that stage of "If I'd only just do some crunches and planks for a couple weeks."  So there is always next month.

Ali, this has been rough for me lately as well. Too much chocolate, too much popcorn. Both are acceptable choices (85% dark chocolate, popcorn = whole grain) but the choices become negative in excess. We were on a car trip all weekend which caused a spiral--too much junk, too much sugar. Now it's hard to pull back to more sensible eating.

Got in a short dog walk and stretching session this morning. Dh and I are scheduled to play doubles tennis this evening, so hopefully the forecasted rain comes after that! 

I'm pleased to say that my weight is slowly on a downward trend. Reducing boredom snacking has really helped.
