Despite not getting a lot of sleep, I felt a whole lot more interested this morning in walking and exercising than I did in getting settled into work on time. So, I walked 4.35K and then lingered on the yoga mat with the weights and resistance bands (about 30 minutes, I think).

Home from travels. Such good connections, first with my much-loved second “mom” and then with my much-loved niece. We spent almost all our time on the beach—great exercise from walking and from playing for hours in the waves. 

Today I am focusing on stretching and will get in a good walk on the lane. Weights and core tomorrow.

As an aside—when my daughter was just a wee little girl, she laboriously pronounced “tomorrow” as “amario.” So sweet! So that’s what we have all said ever since. It is an act of will for me on these threads to type out “tomorrow” rather than “amario.”

I did a Body Groove HIIT for cardio, then my core and leg strengthening routines. My core routine is still hard for me, but I can tell I'm getting stronger.
