How do I purchase first class postage online?

I need to mail a 10 oz box.  USPS says first class for boxes is not available online.  My closest PO is far, so I always mail online.  Mailing first class is $5.65.  The only online option is  is $15.50 for flat rate.  Do people no longer mail first class using click n ship?

you can use PayPal to ship first class even without an eBay sale and you still get a discount!

If the Paypal suggestion doesn't work, try Pirateship. You can use a regular credit card there.  I am not sure if they have what you need, but I use them for flat rate boxes all the time.
