Jenny in Florida Posted August 3, 2021 Author Posted August 3, 2021 Woke up to rain this morning, not torrential, but enough that the dog was pretty adamant about not going walking. We retreated inside and I walked one of Leslie Sansone's purported 3-mile/5K videos. As usual, my Fitbit is convinced I walked only 2.2 miles/3.5K, so that is how I logged it. I then did about 20 minutes with weights and resistance bands. I honestly have no clue what the rest of the day holds for me, in terms of movement. I'll do something to get to my step count. Yesterday, I took an evening walk that got me almost there, figuring I'd ride the bike or jump on the trampoline or something, then completely forgot to do any of it. Fortunately, just walking around the house and whatnot was enough to top off the step count, and my Fitbit buzzed at me as I was closing up stuff for the night. Harriet Vane Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 I neglected to check in here yesterday. I started PT for hip pain yesterday and did my usual weights and core. Today I hope to take advantage of the cooler weather and take a good walk. 2 Quote
