So, after starting these threads for a while, now, I have come to the conclusion that there's really just nothing interesting or funny to say about Tuesdays. 

Anyone want to prove me wrong?

These threads are for those who'd like accountability and encouragement in doing intentional daily movement. Anyone may join in at any time!

My alarm actually woke me this morning, which rarely happens. Usually, I am at least semi-conscious and have often already reached for my phone to check the time before it plays, but I was solidly out of it today. It was one of those days, too, when it was really tough to force myself out of bed, so the time for the regular morning exercise routine got a little squeezed.

I managed almost 3.6K of walking and then about 20 minutes of leg and arm exercises. I've transitioned to using the 3-pound weights (wimpy, I know, but a big step up from the cans of beans I started with) almost exclusively. There are some days when I can't make it all the way through and have to drop back down to the 2-pounders, but it still feels like progress.
