Frances Posted July 31, 2021 Share Posted July 31, 2021 At least in certain industries in pre-pandemic times, the unicorn type ads are common when the company already has a particular H-1B candidate in mind for the job. But I’m not sure if that’s what’s going on where your husband is looking or even what the situation is with H-1B during the pandemic.
