Craigslist? Ikea inventory was a problem at least as far back as last August when we had 48 hours to furnish my daughter's college apartment in a city 16 hours from us. Other fast-furniture vendors seem to have rebounded (thanks, Overstock! Wayfair!); Ikea apparently has not. But our local Craigslist has several sets of Billys right now. Maybe you can find one that matches what you have.

Three months ago we ordered 5 pairs of Billy bookcase doors (to install on our already-existing bookcases) from a local company that facilitates IKEA orders (there is no IKEA here so you order through this company and they drive to the big store many hours away and bring the stuff back).   Anyway, two weeks ago I got an email from them saying that they were sorry, but IKEA had told them that (1) our order was lost; and (2) the doors were unavailable indefinitely.  I said fine, just hang on to the order, we still want the doors even if it takes a year to get them.  Then, just a few days later, IKEA suddenly had the doors and we got our order!  Totally bizarre.  The guy who runs this company says that IKEA's logistics are a complete disaster right now.

Agreeing about Craiglist or Facebook Marketplace.
