Jenny in Florida Posted June 28, 2021 Author Posted June 28, 2021 Yet another day of not really getting up early enough to do everything I want to/should do in time to settle down to work at the new, earlier time. But I did walk about 3.7K and do the minimum leg/arm set. Today is a busy day, with a counselor appointment in the morning and class in the afternoon and somehow squeezing in a respectable work day. I very much relate. I've had a few days lately when I end up walking in circles around my house in my pajamas or dragging the dog out to go around and around the block at 10:30 to finish off step counts for the day.
